Litho
Travel Tags, an IGH Solutions Company, pioneered UV lithographic printing on plastic in the 1980s. Our print quality begins in our pre-press department, featuring the latest direct-to-plate technology. We proof directly to your substrate for no-guesswork accuracy. Plus, our flagship custom presses are specially designed to hold tighter registration, run at faster speeds, and print with higher clarity.
Screen Printing
Common applications include dense ink coverage, metallic inks and unique pearlescent inks, plus specialized inks such as glow-in-the-dark and more. Our more striking cards combine layers of silkscreen ink with lithographic printing and foils to create unmatched visual complexity and depth.

Foils
IGH Solutions has produced many of the classic flood-coated foil cards you see in the marketplace. This technique incorporates a layer of polished or pattern foil, overlaid with ink. Perfect for fashion, technology, or high-end retail cards.
Laminating
IGH Solutions offers a variety of lamination options, including our unique belt laminating system. This custom-designed system allows us to achieve lamination effects—including Fresnel lenses and other patterns—impossible to reproduce anywhere else.
Finishing
We offer a variety of die-cutting and finishing options. Our custom-built large-format punch presses are unmatched. Designed for card applications, these presses have excellent registration, ensuring superior mag-stripe performance and high-quality clean cuts.
Carrier Printing
PhotoCraft, an IGH Solutions Company, and PrintCraft, another Taylor Corporation subsidiary, are leading printers of card carriers. Both facilities are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified. We can also work directly with your preferred carrier or package printing vendor.
