OUTSOURCE MANAGER
Position: Full-Time
Department: Purchasing

Responsibilities:  The Outsourcing Manager utilizes strategic sourcing and strong project management skills to properly manage Travel Tags/IGH Solutions' customer projects both internally, as well as externally at the supplier level.    The Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of strategic choices in supply options, in order to meet or exceed Travel Tags/IGH Solutions’ requirements for quality, delivery, technology, and overall total cost. Research, identify, qualify, and implement global suppliers in accordance with corporate strategic sourcing policy and core corporate values.  Negotiate supplier contracts/agreements, including pricing, development of key performance indicators, penalty clauses, payment terms, and potential cost savings programs.  Ensure all supplier quality documentation and corrective action responses are received in a timely manner in accordance with pre-determined Travel Tags/IGH Solutions’ ISO quality process requirements. Proactively work with multi-function internal/external teams to properly communicate, develop, and produce projects on time and within target budget with strategic supplier partner(s).  Manage overall new and existing project status reporting and communicate status updates to key stakeholders including senior Travel Tags/IGH Solutions’ management.  Track and drive continual improvement and results through key supplier performance metrics and lean manufacturing practices. Review monthly and/or quarterly performance information with key suppliers.  When necessary, work with management, R&D, and suppliers to purchase new equipment and tooling to develop and produce new projects.

Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (business emphasis preferred) and printing industry experience preferred along with 3(+) years of global sourcing/purchasing experience working within the printing and/or manufacturing environments.  Other requirements included strong project management and supplier management skills, ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment with high levels of integrity, strong work ethic, energy and enthusiasm, excellent written and oral communication skills. This candidate must exhibit a positive attitude, be a good listener, as well as resource for new product innovation available through key global supplier partners.  A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time when necessary to qualify/audit new and existing suppliers/partners.





BUYER/PURCHASING AGENT

Position: Full-Time
Department: Purchasing

Responsibilities:  The Buyer/Purchasing agent is responsible for general daily procurement and inventory management activities of supplier goods and services required for Travel Tags/IGH Solutions’ operations and specific customer(s) projects.  The Buyer/Purchasing agent will have a high degree of professional integrity, ethics, and uphold Travel Tags/IGH Solutions core corporate values.  In this role the buyer will prepare, evaluate, and negotiate requests for quotations (RFQ/RFP) sent to suppliers.  The buyer will also assist Travel Tags/IGH Solutions’ Purchasing Director and Manager with supplier cost and cost savings analysis, risk assessments, contract development/enforcement, performance reviews, purchase order/inventory management.  This position will also process approved purchase orders and purchase requisitions in accordance with Travel Tags/IGH Solutions and Taylor Corporation procurement policies, assist with supplier qualifications and certification process, and support various other Travel Tags/IGH Solutions and Taylor Corporation departments.  This individual will also help manage and update all key supplier business information and documentation within Travel Tags/IGH Solutions and Taylor Corporation’s internal operating systems and communicate corporate procurement policies to suppliers and internal departments. 


Requirements:  Qualified candidates will have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) along with printing industry experience.  Required for this position is a minimum of 2 (+) years of purchasing experience working within printing and/or manufacturing environments.  This candidate must also exhibit a strong supplier relationship management, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.





FINANCE GENERALIST
Position: Full-Time
Department: Accounting

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages and conducts internal audits, develops internal control procedures and assists outside auditors when appropriate.
  • Compiles annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Prepares monthly statement of financial position (balance sheet), statement of activities (profit and loss) and statement of cash flow.
  • Attends management and staff meetings as required. Attendance at Finance Committee always required.
  • Undertakes special projects as requested by the VP of Finance.
  • Maintains data and generates reports as required. 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. CPA is desirable.
  • 3 - 5 years of accounting or Finance
  • Strong technical knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel to quantify and illustrate complex financial reports, comparisons, impacts or projections.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections.
  • Knowledge of current changes and/or developments in federal, state and local accounting laws and financial regulations.
  • Knowledge of fiscal controls related to the safeguarding of funds.
  • Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
  • Ability to develop financial plans and manages resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, spreadsheets
